Tell about the first day you got your pet:
We drove up the coast above Hilo, Hawaii to a breeder who lived on a large country property with a beautiful green lawn. We played with six of the puppies from the litter for a couple of hours ... it was wonderful! We chose two ... Angel (who passed 14 months ago) and Kahuna (the pick of the litter).

What is your favorite memory with your pet?
Running through the trails in the rain forest near the beach on the coast of the Big Island. I used to take Kahuna and his sister to this special where we were always alone ... we ran and played like we were a pack of three!

What do you want people to know about your pet?
He was a gentle, loyal, and strong companion ... one of my best friends over the past 15 years.

What was your pet's favorite toy?
Anything we were interested in ... but he liked the rope toys the best. He and Angel's favorite game was tug of war ... it was fun to watch.
